Join us every third Wednesday as the sun dips below the horizon for a soul-soothing Sunset Sound Bath. Breathe. Release. Realign. Let the tones wash over you and carry the stress of the week away. Bring your mat, an open heart, and let the sound take you home.
About the event
As you lie down comfortably—on a yoga mat, with blankets or cushions—you’ll be guided into stillness with gentle breathwork or meditation. Once you're settled, the sound bath begins.
