Join Kennedy & Ashley above the world at Spiritual Shangri-La in Agua Dolce for an evening experience with the Sacred Plant Spirit of Cacao and Heart-Opening Yoga Flow. We will begin our evening in communion with Cacao - an elixir intended to open the heart and the mind to deeper presence with our bodies. Activating us perfectly for our Yoga Flow. We will seal our time with an extended Savasana with sound healing and share time. This offering is open to all experience levels and all genders.
